NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Gate City, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 9, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., or shortly thereafter, in the Council Chambers at Gate City Town Hall, 156 E. Jackson Street, Gate City, Virginia, to receive public comment on a request for a Special Exception and Use Permit to establish a vehicle towing service on the lot adjoining 345 Water Street in the M-1 Zoning District.
The application has been submitted by Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hoff and recommended for approval by the Planning Commission.
Copies of the application are available for review at the Town Hall during normal business hours. Written comments may be submitted to officemanager@mygatecity.com or delivered to 156 E. Jackson Street, Gate City, Virginia 24251.
