Pursuant to § 2.2-3707(E) of the Code of Virginia, notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Gate City Town Council may be present at the Scott County Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner, to be held on Friday, March 21, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., at the Scott County Career and Technical Center, located at 387 Broadwater Avenue, Gate City, Virginia.

This event is being attended for informational and community engagement purposes only. No official business will be conducted, and no decisions or votes will be made during this event.

This notice is provided in accordance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act to ensure transparency whenever a quorum of Council members may be present.
