PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS
The Town of Gate City, Virginia desires to pre-qualify prospective contractors for housing rehabilitation, substantial reconstruction, and demolition activities on an estimated six (6) private properties related to the Park Street Housing Rehab Phase II Project, funded by Virginia Community Development Block Grant funds.
Subsequent consideration of bids for housing rehabilitation and substantial reconstruction activities will be limited to pre-qualified contractors.

Statements must be received by 4:00 pm on Friday, January 5, 2024 in order to be considered. Late statements will not be considered. All contractors to be included on the Pre-Qualified Bidders List must be approved by the project’s Rehab Oversight Board.
