Request for Proposals

The Town of Gate City is requesting sealed proposals for storm debris removal and emergency pre-positioned contract services. This contract will support current disaster recovery and ensure readiness for future events. The scope includes removal of vegetative and construction debris, hazardous waste handling, site management, and FEMA documentation support.

All work must comply with federal procurement regulations, including 2 CFR 200.318–.327 and Appendix II to 2 CFR Part 200. FEMA has reviewed and confirmed the RFP’s compliance with applicable grant requirements. This is a contingency-based contract and may be activated by the Town as needed.
