Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for the oversight of all administrative tasks associated with the Town Hall such as collecting and processing payments; maintaining office records; coordinating work orders with the public works department; managing water meter readings, billing cycles, and water account updates; ordering and maintaining an accurate inventory of all office supplies; and overall organization of the Town of Gate City’s computer and networking system.
