The Town of Gate City is accepting applications for a full-time Assistant Public Works Director. Duties include supervising public works operations such as streets, water/wastewater, refuse collection, parks, snow removal, and serving as the Town’s Safety Coordinator. Applicants must have supervisory experience, a valid Virginia CDL, OSHA Certification, and be physically able to perform fieldwork.
