NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gate City Town Council will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to ยง 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, and the Town of Gate City Zoning Ordinance, to consider the following application:

Request: Special Exception and Use Permit for a Non-Climate Controlled Self-Storage Facility consisting of two (2) buildings totaling approximately 18,000 square feet.
The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Town Council Chambers, Gate City Town Hall, 156 East Jackson Street, Gate City, Virginia 24251.
