The Town of Gate City is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide landfill debris monitoring and FEMA-compliant documentation services under a pre-positioned contract for federally declared disaster events. Services will include debris eligibility verification, load site monitoring, data reporting, and coordination with Town personnel and FEMA representatives.
Sealed proposals are due by 3:00 PM on November 6, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
All proposals must comply with the requirements of 2 CFR Part 200 and FEMA procurement regulations. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and negotiate with selected firms.
