The Town of Gate City is pleased to announce the launch of a Water Service Line Survey, which will soon be mailed to all residents. This important survey aims to gather crucial information regarding the types of water service lines currently in use across our community.
As part of our commitment to maintaining high-quality water services and ensuring public health and safety, this survey will help us identify and address any potential issues related to water service lines. Residents are strongly encouraged to complete the survey upon receipt.
How to Participate:
- Mail-in Survey: All residents will receive a Water Service Line Survey in the mail. Please complete the survey and return it to the Gate City Town Hall.
- Online Survey: For your convenience, the survey can also be completed online at www.MyGateCity.com. Simply visit the website and follow the instructions to submit your responses.
